I always enjoy reading your articles ...Hey, Andre! I always enjoy reading your articles and plan to put some of your sage advice into practice once I get a sport touring rig. I do have a question about the grip heaters though. I have read in various places that in order to improve the heat transfer to the grips, and ultimately your fingers, wrapping duct tape around the handlebar on the clutch side before installing the heater helps to insulate it from the cold bars. It also supposedly helps to keep the temperatures of the clutch and throttles side even. Your thoughts?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
